Requirements
- Manage profit, loss, and growth for an assigned market or product with direction and oversight
- Contribute to short-term product and market plans by translating analytical insights into tactical actions aligned to broader product strategy
- Utilize data, tools, dashboards, and reports in support of analyzing and managing the profit and growth of the business
- Develops and recommends product, pricing, and underwriting changes; participates in approval processes with guidance and escalation as appropriate
- Identify and lead the exploration of unstructured problems, such as investigation of variances, mix shifts, and impacts of competitor actions
- Participate in Department of Insurance interactions and agent communications related to product and pricing changes, with guidance from senior product leaders
