Sales Producer

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. As a sales producer, you will be responsible for pursuing and responding to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance.

• Be a fantastic presenter
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow through, and follow up
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must be highly self-motivated
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer
• Career-minded vision
• A property and Casualty insurance license is required
• Successful sales background
• Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Being bilingual, and fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
