Join Farmers as a Sr Assoc Business Solutions Analyst and design and implement basic data and analytics-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes. Work with business teams to develop data reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create detailed documentation and business plans.
Requirements
- Maintain and develop data reporting to support Field Enablement, Territory/ Market leadership
- Collaborate with various IAD teams, as well as cross functional teams, such as Distribution Finance
- Support ad-hoc projects when needed
- Develops basic value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity
- Trusted business partner working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions with the goal of improving organizational performance
- Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines
