The role involves building and cultivating agency partnerships, developing and successfully promoting Foremost products and services, and working with agents to ensure market share is built successfully.

- Develop and manage agency partnerships
- Serve as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
- Develop and successfully promote Foremost products and services
- Build and cultivate mutually beneficial agency partnerships in person with agency ownership, management, and frontline staff
- Create, maintain, and execute high quality agency strategies and plans
- Hold agents accountable to achieve written premium, profit, and new business goals
- Coordinate plans with field distribution partners to align with business strategies
