USA 3rd Shift Forklift Operator End of Line

The End of Line Forklift Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods from the production line to designated storage or shipping areas. The position will be scheduled for 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM); however, candidates must be willing to complete training on both 1st and 2nd shifts prior to the start of 3rd shift.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, weekends and different shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification/experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operation in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately check labels, counts, and product integrity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift, stack, and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs. safely.
