Clinical Strategy & Solutions Manager

Faro Health is seeking a Clinical Strategy & Solutions Manager to contribute to customer success and platform excellence. The role requires deep clinical operations expertise and the ability to serve as a trusted partner to customers. The position involves leading study data intake, owning and growing a public study library, informing product development, and supporting customers through the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Clinical Operations experience at a sponsor company in pharmaceutical clinical trials
• A bachelor's degree in a life science, physical science, or statistics discipline
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and reflect complex clinical trial protocols across diverse therapeutic areas and study designs
• Familiarity with the full ecosystem of clinical trial technologies
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks
• Clinical Development and/or Medical writing experience preferred
