Job Description
FARO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. As the primary point of contact between our 3PL warehouse operations and customers, you will manage orders, serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, and work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure operational execution.
Requirements
- Experience with routing portals – Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, TJX, etc.
- Detail-orientated
- Experience with managing Open Order Report
- Reliability and dependability
- Communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, Spanish is a bonus
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of shipping UPS, Fedex and small parcel
- Complete understanding of WMS systems – EDI transactions (940, 943, 944, 945, etc)
