Staff Accountant

Faropoint is a pure play RE fund manager focusing on the last mile industrial sector. The company is looking for a Staff Accountant to maintain AP and AR functions, prepare journal entries, and assist with ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Experience with Yardi software required
• Adept at Excel formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookups, Pivot tables and sum-ifs
• Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively
