Bartender

McNamara's Bartenders are friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. They work as a team, maintain a clean and stocked environment, and ensure guest enjoyment. The role involves both customer interaction and maintaining bar standards.

Requirements

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Possess state applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money.
• Basic reading and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Knowledge of company’s food and beverage specifications.
• Reasonable availability (considering restaurant business is on nights and weekends).
