Bartender

Farrelli’s needs friendly, outgoing, and organized bartenders to provide great service. Bartenders are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, teamwork, maintaining a clean environment, and handling alcoholic beverages safely and according to company policy. They are expected to possess excellent communication, organization, and knowledge of company procedures.

Requirements

• Be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Possess a state health and/or alcohol compliance card
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money and give change
• Basic reading and computer skills
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and standard drink recipes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Multi-task oriented
• Knowledge of company food and beverage specifications and workplace safety procedures
• Reasonable availability for nightly/weekend shifts
