Requirements

• Prepare or direct food preparation following established procedures.
• Comply with sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Store food properly and follow recipes and dietary needs.
• Maintain production records and report equipment issues.
• Read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
