This Client Transitions Associate role supports the seamless migration of clients, managing operational workflows and ensuring accurate financial operations. The role focuses on wealth management operations and offers opportunities for growth within a collaborative startup environment.
Requirements
- Background in client service, especially with advisor transitions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products (SMAs, 529s, alternative investments)
- Experience with custodians (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
