Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services operations, client service, or administrative support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, CRMs, and custodial platforms (Charles Schwab/Fidelity preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
