Job Description
The Graduate Talent Grand Prix is a structured, multi-stage selection process designed to identify the strongest STEM graduates in Italy. The Graduate Programme – Fasanara Talent Grand Prix is a 6-month paid graduate programme that gives high-potential graduates direct exposure to a global investment platform through hands-on experience, real projects, and close collaboration with experienced teams.
Requirements
- Right to work in Italy
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Graduated or graduating by September 2026
- Academic background: Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related STEM field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Skills: Python – strong proficiency
- Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in AI applications and building practical solutions
- Experience working with data and developing models
- Exposure to LLMs through coursework, projects or experimentation is a plus
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
