Accounts Payable Supervisor

Fastco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and optimize the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on leadership and process improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Supervise, coach, and support the accounts payable team
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and controls
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls related to accounts payable
• Prepare and analyze AP-related reports for management
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare required journal entries
• Monitor capital expenditures and support fixed asset accounting activities
