Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Fastco's digital ecosystem, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across industry-leading alloy wheel, accessory, and tire brands. The role requires collaboration with agency partners and cross-functional teams to shape the direction of consumer-facing websites, performance marketing, email campaigns, content development, social media, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience scaling digital marketing programs within B2B2C or product-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Statamic (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with analytics, ad management, and social platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Sprout Social
- Experience working with CRM and email automation platforms such as Mailchimp (or equivalent)
- Experience managing content creation and/or social for a consumer goods brand
- Experience in automotive, distribution, or consumer goods industries is an asset
- Experience using Wrike or similar project workflow and briefing tools
- Google Ads and SEO/SEM certifications are an asset
