Job Description
The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology, ERP, and integration projects across the organization, with a focus on optimizing system adoption, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, and driving successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably in SAP S/4 HANA
- Working knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP migration, data conversion, and system/data integration projects
- Solid understanding of business processes in Sales, Accounting, Warehousing, Production, Procurement, Forecasting, Customer Service
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Wrike preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual (French and English)
