Job Description
The Account Specialist is an entry-level position that involves providing service and support to clients from our Marseille office. Responsibilities include creating a client portfolio, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training
- BAC, BAC + 2
- Dynamic, rigorous, relational and customer service skills
- Master the computer
- Driving license
- Good level of English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Master the Microsoft Office tools
- Keen sense of organization, planning and priorities
- Keen sense of problem-solving, analytical reasoning and decision-making
- Great motivation, autonomy and customer service sense
