Fastenal Europe is inviting ambitious and hard-working individuals to apply for the position of Customer Solutions Consultant. The successful candidate will have strong passion for sales and the ability to make corporate level sales calls and presentations.
Requirements
- Prospecting and discovering new growth opportunities within the local market
- Schedule and co-ordinate an initial customer meeting and perform high level presentations
- Facilitate and negotiate customer contracts and CSA's
- Working in parallel with District Managers and General Managers define a sales strategy and to grow all locations specific to the headquarters relationship as a multiple site agreement
- Assisting and working with local teams on assigned projects to grow new business and implement services
- Managing and documenting cost savings, lean programs, implementation and the supply chain
- Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and other sales software
- Meet and exceed internal sales KPI’s and performance targets
