Requirements

• 8 - 10+ years of UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex web applications
• Early-stage startup experience in the B2B space
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with a focus on user-centered problem-solving
• Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Experience with component-based design systems
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
