Job Description
Fastn is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing how SaaS companies connect with their customers' environments. We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience, leading the design of intuitive workflows and defining Fastn's UX strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional UX design experience
- Early stage startup experience in B2B space
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and finalized designs
- Expertise with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Proven ability to balance product goals, technical constraints, and user needs
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
- Exceptional communication skills able to present and explain design decisions clearly
- Experience working with component-based design systems
