Fastned is looking for an Office Manager to lead their Madrid office, with a focus on making daily life work perfectly for a 15-person team. The role involves managing office tasks, receiving visitors, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a positive and vibrant work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in reception, office management, or similar roles
• Confident and secure communication in English and Spanish
• Incredibly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Available to work Monday to Friday
