Fastned is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and growth of their fast charging network across Europe, particularly in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing impactful commercial deals, developing an annual sales plan, and monitoring commercial performance. The role requires a driven commercial professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fleet sales, mobility solutions, or the charging sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fleet sales, mobility solutions, or the charging sector
- University degree (master’s preferred)
- Near-native Dutch and professional-level English
- Established network in the EV ecosystem or a relevant adjacent sector
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing commercial deals that drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate performance and adapt strategies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, electric mobility, and Fastned’s mission
