Fathom is a company that provides an AI meeting assistant to improve customer experiences. They are looking for a Backend Engineer to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency of mission-critical services.

Requirements

• Proficiency with k8s and Go
• Familiarity with tech stack (GCP/GKE, Linux, Docker, Ruby/Rails, Redis, ffmpeg)
• Experience in SaaS or PaaS environment at scale (100s of millions of async jobs per week)
• Strong collaborative skills, with ability to explain complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences
