Pre Salesman - Lubbock Amarillo Area

The Pre-Sales Salesman (Lubbock Amarillo Area) will achieve sales goals and distribution targets by servicing and developing assigned accounts. Responsibilities include selling products, supervising a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role focuses on improving sales performance and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC.
• Supervises and manages a team of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers.
• Schedules routes to ensure customers are visited regularly.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions.
• Develops and maintains a rapport characterized by open communication and trust.
• Continuously increases product knowledge.
• Maintains adequate inventory and reduces out-of-stocks.
• Audits condition of all POS.
• Completes training and reports.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
