Law Firm Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the billing process, including verifying rates, implementing guidelines, and communicating with clients and attorneys. They also manage prebills, finalize bills, and submit them electronically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior law firm experience as a biller required.
• Experience with Financial Management Systems software.
• Related experience performing complex accounting analysis utilizing advanced Excel and reporting skills.
