Job Description
The Fay Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulations. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and preparing financial statements and reports for key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years' experience in the accounting/finance field
- 1+ years' experience in the mortgage industry (preferred)
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of state-specific requirements
