We're looking for a Payer Operations professional to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, supporting systems, processes, and insights to enable us to scale and deliver high-quality experiences for providers, patients, and partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management consulting or as a supervisor or higher, healthcare operations, or workflow/process improvement
• Strong understanding of RCM technology, workflows, and operational performance metrics
• Highly process-oriented, with the ability to identify workflow gaps and implement improvements
