Sales Team Leader (Full time)

Faydety is a business born to address the lack of information and ambiguity in the financial services market and the inefficient processes. The Sales Team Leader is responsible for building a team of at least 20 Agents, following up on their performance, and improving productivity in terms of quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Responsible for Recruiting and Training Agents.
• Responsible for following up on Agents' Performances
• Responsible for following up on Applications with Operations Team.
• Responsible for increasing the quality of applications.
• Responsible for meeting/achieving the monthly KPIs and targets.
• Responsible for coaching and providing support to Agents.
• Responsible for creating a monthly Report to the Head of sales for the achievements, performance analysis, problems in the system, and suggested modifications.
• Responsible for investigating complaints if any.
• Observes, reviews, and analyses processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
