Telesales Agent (Medical)

The Telesales Officer is responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the phone, helping them apply for products, and then following up with entities until the client receives what he applied for. The role involves doing telesales campaigns to generate applications, assisting clients in registering and applying to the product they need, following up on incomplete, rejected, and canceled applications, and achieving monthly targets.
