Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will work closely with the HR team to assist with tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and a reference check
