Job Description
The Production Assembler is responsible for safely assembling component parts in accordance with standard work instructions and quality standards.
Requirements
- Adhere to all safety protocols, report any incidents promptly, and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Inspect and assemble various components according to standard work instructions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with FBD quality standards.
- Crosstrain and rotate between different workstations on the production floor as directed to support production demand.
- Process non-conformance reports (NCRs) for rejected material according to the FBD NCR process.
- Verify bill of materials (BOMs) upon each build and report any errors.
- Participate in lean activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with FBD 5S policies.
- Perform other duties and projects as needed and assigned.
