Job Description
As a Fan Shop Retail Associate, you will provide a first-rate shopping experience at FC Dallas locations throughout Toyota Stadium, with a focus on exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a clean shopping environment, assisting with retail purchasing, and communicating with management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from events.
- Exceptional customer-service skills.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to stand for a few hours at a time, and mobility is needed to walk around the stadium.
