Job Description
FC Dallas is seeking dedicated and professional Security Event Staff to join their team for Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center events. This part-time, hourly position offers the opportunity to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for fans and guests. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security incidents, and assisting with event operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (subject to local regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in event security, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong observational, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules
