Job Description
Zippy’s seeks a Host/Hostess to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient dining experience for guests. The position involves greeting, seating, and coordinating the dining room, while ensuring quality and smooth service. Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and maintaining excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Meets assigned shift requirements.
- Regularly push, pull, and carry objects.
- Stand and walk on foot for at least 6-8 hours.
- Able to visualize accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Basic math and writing skills.
- Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in a friendly manner.
- Independent and/or team work skill.
