Job Description
FCL Builders is looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you'll lead teams, solve problems, and strengthen relationships, making a difference every step of the way.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing industrial/commercial construction projects ($5M–$30M+)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam)
