Senior Project Manager

Lead complex construction projects as a Senior Project Manager at FCL Builders, driving success from concept through completion and mentoring the next generation of Project Managers and Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8–10+ years of experience managing complex commercial and/or industrial construction projects
• Proven success delivering projects $15M–$50M+ (or managing multiple projects)
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead high-performing teams
