Job Description
HCHB is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to shape and execute their clinical strategy. The CCO will bridge clinical expertise with product innovation, collaborate with engineering and marketing, and serve as a public-facing voice of the company, representing HCHB as a thought leader in home-based care. This is a highly visible, mission-driven role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in home health and/or hospice clinical practice.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior or executive clinical leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of CMS guidelines, PDGM, HIPAA, and quality measures.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and operational workflows in home-based care.
