Lead DevOps Engineer

Zynx Health seeks a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to drive DevOps execution, cloud-native platform operations, CI/CD excellence, and infrastructure reliability across the engineering organization. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, infrastructure-as-code practices, and observability frameworks. The Senior Lead DevOps Engineer will manage and mentor DevOps Engineers and ensure that deployments are reliable, environments are scalable, automation is mature, and platform standards are consistently applied across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles
• 2–4 years of experience serving in a senior or lead-level DevOps capacity
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code principles, and observability platforms
• Experience supporting modern application stacks including Java/Groovy Spring Boot microservices, React and/or Svelte frontends, and MarkLogic, SQL, and Redis data platforms
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including secure pipeline integration, identity and access standards, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management
