Job Description
Zynx Health, a market leader in clinical decision support solutions, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive DevOps execution, cloud-native platform operations, and infrastructure reliability across their engineering organization. The successful candidate will lead the DevOps function, manage and mentor DevOps Engineers, and ensure that deployments are reliable, environments are scalable, and automation is mature. The role involves hands-on technical leadership, architectural direction, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards, healthcare regulatory requirements, and the strategic direction set by the Director of Product Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.
- 2–4 years of experience serving in a senior or lead-level DevOps capacity.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring DevOps or infrastructure engineers.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code principles, and observability platforms.
