Demand Planning Manager

Feastables is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to manage the Demand Plan for a designated group of customer channels, requiring a strong analytical mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. The role involves managing the demand plan from end to end, testing and launching a new statistical enterprise planning platform, and owning consensus-focused monthly meetings with Sales partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in demand forecasting tools and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, particularly between Sales and Supply Chain
• Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems
