Feastables is seeking a Director of International to drive global expansion and scale its presence across key international markets. The role will involve developing market-specific strategies, building and managing distributor and partner relationships, and ensuring strong commercial performance across regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in international expansion, sales, or general management within CPG or high-growth consumer brands
- Proven track record of owning and scaling international markets with meaningful revenue impact
- Deep experience managing and structuring distributor and partner ecosystems across multiple regions
- Experience owning P&L and driving both top-line growth and profitability
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to build frameworks, systems, and long-term plans
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with experience working cross-functionally at senior levels
- Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments while driving clarity and execution
- Strong commercial instincts paired with analytical rigor
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Interest in creator-led brands and modern consumer ecosystems
