You'll serve as the bridge between Feathr and our customers, understanding their unique needs, and driving their success by serving as a subject-matter-expert and guide.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in a customer relationship management role
• 2+ years experience developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns
• 1+ years of account management across multiple simultaneous customer relationships
• Proven experience consulting, training, or advising customers
