Job Description
As the Financial Service Advisor, you will build and maintain relationships with members, provide exceptional service, and promote the Credit Union's service culture. You will process member requests, open new accounts and loans, and perform various financial service functions.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum TWO (2) years financial institution experience, preferably as a Financial Service Representative or Financial Service Advisor
- Familiarity with general office equipment and Microsoft software applications
- Knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of Credit Union operations
