The Senior Benefits Partner is responsible for designing, administering, and improving the company's health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs for approximately 350 full-time employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
- 5-7 years of direct experience administering benefits plans
- In-depth understanding of health and welfare plans, retirement plan administration, and related regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) and benefits administration systems; strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Project management experience
- Experience planning and executing annual enrollment
