Job Description
Conducts collateral verification reviews, analyzes and evaluates collateral pledged to the Bank to support lending, and participates in the development of financial spreadsheets and models. Demonstrates leadership abilities, reviews the work of third-party contractors, and provides guidance to less experienced Collateral Risk Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
- Minimum of six years of work experience in analysis of residential or commercial real estate, lending, or underwriting
- Strong knowledge of evaluating and underwriting mortgage loan files
- Highly detail-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
