Job Description
Federal Realty Investment Trust is a proven leader in the ownership, operation, development and redevelopment of premium retail real estate in the country's best markets. The Project Manager, Construction and Tenant Services is responsible for the management and coordination of projects within their assigned portfolio of properties.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of tenant coordination and/or project/construction management experience
- Experience with design and construction of retail properties
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or a related management degree, preferred
