Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager will shape the future of experiential retail by partnering in the growth and execution of the strategic marketing plan for Federal Realty’s Florida portfolio, driving strategy, supporting business development initiatives, and leading programs and promotions that strengthen brand awareness, increase traffic, and deepen customer engagement.

Requirements

• Manage aspects of the strategic road map, including key signature events and activations, budget management and campaigns.
• Lead B2C planning and communications via a comprehensive editorial calendar, in partnership with the internal and external agency.
• Strengthen B2B communication with merchants and outside partners via in-person, phone, mail, e-mail, etc., that develops and maintains a synergy of goals and expectations.
• Develop marketing collateral utilizing existing project and corporate branding to support strategic business goals.
• Track monthly marketing expenses and variances of the marketing budget.
