The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Copilot & Viva AI Engineer (End User Services) to develop conceptual, logical and physical IT engineering designs, complete analysis of business requirements, and assess testing requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365 services, scripting skills in PowerShell, and proficiency in Power Platform and low-code/no-code development.
Requirements
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical IT engineering designs
- Complete analysis of business requirements
- Assess testing requirements and prepares testing strategies
- Resolves complex hardware, environmental software operating systems and subsystems
- Oversees problem avoidance actions
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation as necessary
- May authorize risk level changes and recommend solutions to minimize and/or prevent system interruption
- Evaluates, recommends and selects new software/hardware
- Performs change and problem management using standard tools
- Ensures conformance and compliance with existing system standards
- Measures performance to ensure proper operation
- Leads highly technical/complex projects utilizing FRIT/System staff and resources
- Trains System technical staff on use of software/hardware tools in accordance with required standards and procedures
- Monitors compliance with internal audit requirements and Information Security Manual guidelines
- Assist in the deployment of Microsoft Copilot and rollout of Viva (Connections, Engage, Glint) across the organization
- Design and implement Viva Connections dashboards with audience-targeted content and resources
- Foster community engagement and knowledge sharing through Viva Engage by enhancing productivity and help with adoption ramp up
- Consult on Copilot-related AI initiatives (e.g., Security Copilot) and support adoption ramp-up
- Build, deploy, and manage custom AI agents across the organization using Copilot Studio and integrate with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform leveraging low-code/no-code development
- Provide strategic planning, technical execution, user training, and communication to ensure successful deployment
- Support administration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup of messaging and collaboration technologies
- Investigate and implement new Office 365 capabilities to enhance collaboration services
- Interface with stakeholders across the organization and third-party vendors for problem and change management
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety practices, and high-quality customer service
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend support as needed
