Warranty Coordinator

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for administering and managing all warranty claims related to dump bodies and associated equipment. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, service centers, and internal departments to ensure efficient processing of warranty issues, accurate documentation, and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warranty administration, service coordination, or customer support (preferably in the truck equipment, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry)
• Strong understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems used in dump bodies or truck upfitting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with warranty software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
